With major blockbusters and sequels in the theater, including Spider-Man 3, Shrek the Third, and the new Harry Potter, attendance is projected to be huge this summer. A recent poll asked the number of times each summer people go to the movies. The majority of respondents selected 1-3 times per month that they go to the theater during the summer. This provides an interesting opportunity to reach movie goers, as local advertisers have started advertising in theaters.
